Inventory Feature – 2016 Itasca Spirit 22R

The 2016 Itasca Spirit 22R is brand new on our lot. This 23-foot, 10-inch Class C RV sleeps up to six people. With an interior height of 6 feet, 10 inches, even taller people won’t feel cramped. This RV features a 5.4-liter Triton V-8 engine so it has plenty of oomph to get up mountain roads, even if you are towing your toys. With a hitch weight of 5,000 pounds, you can easily tow motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and more.

Holding Tanks, Fuel and Heat

The 22R features a 40-gallon fresh water tank, a 24-gallon gray water tank and a 21-gallon black water tank. The furnace is a 20,000 BTU unit that will keep you warm should you decide to head into the mountains with your snowmobiles.

Floor Plan

As you walk in the door, which is located just behind the front seats and large overhead bed, you’ll see a 45-inch by 74-inch U-shaped dinette directly across from you. The dinette features three sets of seat belts so those riding in the back can ride safety. The dinette folds down into a bed should you have six of you on a trip.

To your right is the cab and the 57-inch by 95-inch overhead bed. The space also has room for an optional 28-inch HDTV with a DVD player. The television space is set up so that you can watch it from the entire RV.

Directly to your left, on the same side as the door, you’ll find a fully-equipped galley with a sink, three-burner stove, fridge and overhead storage. You’ll find a sizable wardrobe across from the fridge. Just to the left of the wardrobe, the private bathroom occupies one rear corner. It features a toilet, sink, tub/shower and more overhead storage. The other corner features a 54-inch by 80-inch bed with more overhead storage.
