The Z-1 Lite model lineup from CrossRoads RV is a small travel trailer that’s been designed to introduce RVers to the lifestyle. Approachable and affordable, the Z-1 Lite excels in being versatile and comfortable. Its light tow weight means that towing vehicle options aren’t restrictive. Despite the small size, the interior can be quite roomy. Ceiling height can be upward of 6′ 6″ tall and the interior width can be 8′ across.
The Z-1 Lites also come equipped with amenities that you’d typically expect to find in much higher end models, such as DSI water heaters and ample storage space.

The 2017 CrossRoads RV Z-1 Lite ZT18RB offers a front sleeping area with a queen size bed and dual shirt closets, plus overhead storage for your things.
When you step inside you will find a storage wardrobe to your immediate left, and further in a private toilet and tub/shower area. The linen storage is just outside the door next to a kitchen pantry that is perfect for food storage needs.
To the left of the entrance find a booth dinette to enjoy your meals at, along with overhead storage for your things. This can easily be turned into added sleeping space for your young campers if you like.
The kitchen allows you to cook up light meals and snacks with a two burner cook-top, a single sink for cleaning up, and a counter with refrigerator beneath, plus overhead cabinets for storage, and so much more!

Picking out an RV can potentially be a daunting task, whether you’ve done it before or it’s your first time. RVs vary a lot more than cars do. They come in wildly differing dimensions, possess various amenities, and can cost anywhere from a used car to a small home.
Just remember: if you keep your head on straight and know what your family needs, your budget, and what your travel goals are, you ought to be able to pick out the perfect RV.
What You and Your Family Needs
This consideration boils down to this: how many people are coming along? What does this mean in terms of sleeping arrangements, bathroom usage, cooking, entertainment, and general elbow room? This is the final consideration. Once you know what your family needs and what your price range is, it’s time to consider what kind of destinations you’ll be aiming yourself toward. If you plan on hitting up major cities and National Parks, larger RVs are good choices since you’ll almost always be guaranteed good RV hookups. If you’re going to try to get off the beaten path and visit smaller towns and more obscure natural settings, you might want to go smaller. Smaller RVs can go where larger ones can’t because they’re less likely to encounter obstacles they can’t clear (such as low-hanging branches and bridges or narrow roads).

The 2015 Itasca Spirit 22R is just under 24 feet long and sleeps up to six people. This model features a 5,000-pound hitch weight, a 40-gallon fresh water tank, 24-gallon gray water holding tank and a 21-gallon black water holding tank. The 20,000 BTU furnace will keep you warm if you travel during the cooler months.
The Itasca Spirit 22R, available at PleasureLand RV, is built on a Ford E350 chassis and features a 5.4-liter Triton V-8 engine that runs on gas instead of diesel.
The Floor Plan
The entry is located just behind the front passenger seat. As you walk in and look to your right, you’ll see the cab and an over-cab bunk that measures 57 inches by 95 inches. Straight across from the door, you’ll see a 45-inch by 74-inch U-shaped dinette that also folds down into a bed for two.
Just to the left of the entry, you’ll find a sink, three-burner stove, microwave and fridge. The galley has plenty of cabinets, including beneath the stove. The large single sink features a high-rise faucet and the cabinets below the sink and stove are large so you have plenty of storage. The dinette features a double-leg table so it’s sturdy; and it features seat belts so that those who are riding in the back are safe.
Just to the left of the dinette, you’ll find a large wardrobe, and to the left of that, a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, sink, toilet and additional storage. Just to the left of the fridge and on the left side of the bathroom, you’ll find a 54-inch by 80-inch double bed that will sleep two comfortably.
The cab features plenty of storage and cup holders, a stereo system, carpeting, air conditioning and more.
